Notice is hereby given of Ordinance 11 and Resolution 2025-11 for establishing emergency services fees. The resolution delineates the fee structure for emergency services effective January 1, 2026.

Notice of 2026 Annual Meeting & Township Election
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Tofte Township, County of Cook, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Township Officers and Annual Township Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at the Birch Grove Community Center located at 9 Good Neighbor Hill, Tofte MN 55615. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
The election poll will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at which time the voters will elect:
1 Supervisor for a term of 3 years
Absentee ballots are available by emailing the Clerk at toftemn@boreal.org. Absentee voting is available in Tofte Town Hall from 10 AM to 12 PM on Saturday March 7, 2026 and from 1-5 PM on Monday, March 9, 2026.
The Annual Meeting on March 10, 2026 will begin at 8:01 p.m. to conduct all necessary business provided by law. The meeting agenda may be viewed one week in advance on the township website at www.toftemn.com. Contact the Town Clerk at toftemn@boreal.org with any questions.
